XBit GmbH defines personal data as all information data that refer to a certain or determinable person. Personal data will only be collected if they are voluntarily communicated to XBit GmbH through a registration in the context of the declaration of interest in the goods and services we provide. XBit uses the communicated data without a separate consent exclusively for the fulfillment and processing of the reported consumer interest and of resulting inquiries and order processes. After completion of these processes, the personal data is blocked for further use and will be deleted after the expiry of the tax and commercial law regulations, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of this data.

These social media platforms have their own data protection guidelines, on which XBit GmbH has no influence. Unfortunately, the transmission of data via the internet is not absolutely secure. XBit GmbH works together with internet and service providers who have appropriate technical and security measures and have implemented appropriate processes to protect personal data in the best possible way. However, XBit GmbH cannot guarantee data security for data transmitted by users and therefore rejects any liability in this regard. Any data transmission is at the user's own risk.
9. Final agreement
Should individual parts or provisions of this data protection provision be deemed void or ineffective, the validity of the data protection provision shall not be affected in other respects.
